The 8th Meeting of Judicial Appointments Commission for year 2024 was held on 28th August 2024 in Ipoh, Perak.

Among the agenda of the meeting was the Statistics Presentation of the Perak State Subordinate Court by YBhg. Dato’ Ibrahim bin Osman, Director of Perak Court, and the and Statistics Presentation of Perak High Court by The Honourable Dato’ Abdul Wahab bin Mohamed, High Court Judge of Ipoh, Perak.

In addition, a working visit by Members of the Commission to the Lat House Gallery was also held. This visit was led by the Right Honourable Tun Tengku Maimun binti Tuan Mat, Chief Justice of Federal Court, Malaysia. This visit aimed to give exposure to the Members of the Commission to the uniqueness of the famous Lat’s paintings attractions in the state of Perak.
