To our valued customers, please read and understand these terms and conditions of service before submitting feedback. Customers are requested to ensure that the feedback details below are true and complete for the purpose of facilitating the investigation process and further action.

Please provide details as follows:

  1. The date of the incident;

  2. The specific location of the incident (Please specify the relevant Statutory Body, Professional Body and Foundation/Division/Unit/Department/Agency/Government Owned Company (GLC)); and

  3. Complete feedback details.

Referring to General Circular Number 2 of 2022: Improvement of Public Complaint Management, paragraph 1.4, the Judicial Appointments Commission (JAC) and public agencies may reject complaints submitted if the complainant refuses to provide correct and complete information, a malicious complaint (mala fide), in the form threats/threats, any complaints that use abusive language, obscenities, confrontations, insults or baseless accusations and repeated complaints from the same individual who have already been given appropriate feedback.

The JAC will also not interfere in complaint cases involving the decision of any court/arbitration body/the like as well as any dispute involving personal problems between companies/individuals that have nothing to do with the role/function of Government agencies.

The Malaysian government is not responsible for any loss, damage or embarrassment suffered as a result of using this service.

All information will be kept confidential and only used by the Malaysian Government.
