The Office of the Secretary of the Commission is led by a Secretary who is appointed by the Prime Minister under the subsection 19(1) Act 695. The Secretary of the Commission is YBrs. Puan Salinah binti Ismail, Administrative and Diplomatic Officer, Premier Grade B. The Secretary is also assisted by a Deputy Secretary and 15 officers and staff from various grades and schemes. The Office of the Secretary of the Commission is responsible in executing and managing the Commission’s functions and activities including managing the appointments of Superior Court judges and the members of Judicial Appointments Commission. 

The Office of the Secretary of the Commission is also responsible in administrative and management matters related to the Commission besides responsible as secretariat to the Judicial Academy, Training Committee and Publications Committee of the Judicial Academy.
