The "Online Fraud/Scam Course" was held on 3rd May 2024 (Friday) at the Atelier Hall, Le Meridien Putrajaya. This programme aimed to expose the participants an understanding of the symptoms of online fraud/scam.

A total of 52 participants attended this course consisted of nine Federal Court Judges, nine Judges of the Court of Appeal, 31 High Court Judges and three Judicial Commissioners.

The half day course began with an opening remarks and course briefing delivered by The Honourable Dato’ Sri Hasnah binti Dato’ Mohammed Hashim, the Federal Court Judge cum the Chairman of the Training Committee, Judicial Academy Malaysia. This course was conducted with three lecture sessions delivered by ASP Puan Nor Sharina binti Mohd. Amin who works as a Film/Music/Patent Crime Investigation Officer at the Cyber and Multimedia Crime Investigation Division, Commercial Crime Investigation Department, Bukit Aman. The three lecture sessions were Session 1 Online Fraud: Phone Scam and Love Scam, Session 2 Online Fraud: E-Commerce Fraud and Phishing, and Session 3 Online Fraud: Business E-Mail Compromise (BEC), Non-Existent Investments and Non-Existent Loans. Each lecture took duration in one hour.
