 A course on Judge Craft and Judgment Writing was held in Penang from the 02-04 June 2015 (Tuesday to Thusday).

A total of 16 participants comprising 6 High Court judges and 10 Judicial Commissioners attended this course. The facilitators were the Rt. Hon. Tan Sri Md Raus bin Sharif, President of the Court of Appeal, the Hon. Dato' Azahar bin Mohamed, Federal Court Judge, the Hon. Datuk Zaharah binti Ibrahimi, Court of Appeal Judge, the Hon. Dato’ Balia Yusof bin Haji Wahi, Court of Appeal Judge and the Hon. Dato’ Aziah binti Ali, Court of Appeal Judge. The names of the participants are as follows:

This course was divided into 2 main headings, namely, Judge Craft and Judgment Writing. Under the heading Judge Craft, participants were divided into 3 workshop groups to present discussion topics which were pre-determined by the facilitators which was then followed by a discussion.

In Judgment Writing, participants were divided into 4 workshop groups to discuss grounds of judgment provided by the facilitators where each group had to then present the result of their discussions at the end of the course.
